Contest Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to edit any and all content that has been placed on the NWA WorldVacations Travel Blog. Read Blog terms and conditions.

  • No purchase necessary.
  • Limit one entry per person.
  • Entries must be received no later than Sept 14, 2008.
  • Eligibility restrictions apply. Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return to sponsor the Affidavit of Eligibility, Travel Release, and W-9 Forms waiving liability before trip certificates can be issued.
  • The awarding of prizes is subject to the complete official rules and validation by sponsor’s judge whose rulings are final.
  • The contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and is void in the states of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees of WorldVacations, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and their families are not eligible to win.
  • Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
  • Prize consists of air transportation valued up to $1,000 and hotel accommodations valued up to $1,200. Prize is valued up to $2,200.
  • Prizes are valid for travel from all WorldVacations origin cities to Cancún. No substitutions will be allowed. Some service may be seasonal.
  • Trip certificate is valid for travel through Sept 30, 2009.
  • All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • By entering the contest, all entrants agree that WorldVacations has the right to send the participant a one-time e-mail informing them of the contest winner and other offers; use and authorize others to use the participant’s name and city of residence, in any print or electronic media, without compensation, unless prohibited by law, in connection with this WorldVacations trip contest and for any other purpose, including news and publicity connected with the contest.
  • Participants waive any right to inspect or approve any such use of their name and residence.
  • Participants release WorldVacations, its officers, agents, and employees from all claims or liabilities arising in connection with the uses of their name and city of residence that may be made by, to, or concerning participants in the contest or promotions.
  • Trip will be awarded by WorldVacations, and winner will be notified by phone or mail no later than Oct 31, 2008.
  • Winner must sign a Publicity Release Form.
