If you’re looking for some good restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, I would recommend “Café des Artistes”. This restaurant located in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta, will amaze you with its mouth-watering menu and beautiful setting. A true luxurious dining experience.
For a more casual atmosphere and great views of the sunset over the bay, dine at Nikki Beach Club – the beachfront restaurant at the Westin Resort & Spa.
In Riviera Nayarit, don’t miss “La Casona Restaurant” at Villa la Estancia and for an even more Grande experience, try the in-suite chef service. You will be delighted to see the French chef prepare a wonderful dinner for your party in your own suite. Now that’s Luxury.
For the avid golfers, the oceanfront golf course at the Four Seasons Punta Mita in Riviera Nayarit will be a must. The course designed by Jack Nicklaus provides the challenge of an island green called ‘The Rock”!

I highly recommend this part of the world. I’ve vacationed several times further up the Nayarit coast. The people are great, the beaches beautiful, and there’s lots to see and do in an authentically Mexican setting. In particular, the town of Lo De Marcos, 45 minutes north of PV, is the tonic for my soul.
If you’re going to Mexico and want to avoid Mexicans at all costs, stay in an all-inclusive in PV. If you want something more substantial, visit the Riviera Nayarit.

Mexico, especially Puerto Vallarta and Cabo, is definitely a prime spot for luxury travel. There are some beautiful luxury resorts out there!
